The team were polite, friendly and diligent. They cleared a large amount of recycling and took a few extra items for a very reasonable price, with a fair quote for the extra items. Michael cleared our garage in a previous house and I would have no hesitation in recommending his company and using them again.

Michael and his colleague turned up promptly. They immediately reduced their price from the quote having noted the actual size of the job was smaller than appeared on our video. This is the second time I've used 5* Waste Clearance and the quote has been accurate based on photos, Michael has turned up when he said he would and he tidies up afterwards too. Really friendly service, reasonable quote, worked quickly and left the area lovely and clean afterwards. There was a lot of household waste to remove and there was lots of different materials in there such as old carpets, bricks, tiles etc and they thoroughly inspected beforehand to make sure we could get a realistic quote. Quote was the same on the day. Really honest, likeable and brilliant service. Would definitely recommend and use again!
